Our products are manufactured and inspected prior to being shipped to you. If for some reason the item needs to be returned or exchanged, we understand (but we hope that won’t happen). We will accept unworn, unwashed items with original hangtags attached for return or exchange within 7 days of delivery date for a full refund or exchange. We do not accept items past the 7-day period. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
As a reminder:
- All items must be unworn, unwashed, with all original hangtags attached.
- All garments are subject to inspection.
- We ask that you please wear undergarments when trying on all bottoms.
- Return must be within 7 days.
** We do not accept returns on items with staining, snags, holes, tears, missing tags, etc. All items are inspected prior to being shipped to you and are individually packaged in protective bags to ensure nothing can damage the merchandise.
If there is a violation of any of the terms outlined above, we will not issue a refund.
** Items purchased on “Final Sale” or “Final Deals” are non-returnable.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Simply follow the instructions on the Return Authorization Form, pack all items in a secure package, and enclose the completed Return Form. We will process returns as soon as they are received & inspected in our facility. We will notify you at the email address used during the purchase process that we have approved your return and process the return or exchange. For returns, please note it may take your bank or financial institution anywhere from 2-5 business days to process.
LexFit by Alexia does not cover return shipping. We highly suggest you package your items securely and use a trackable shipping method to ensure your package arrives at our facility. LexFit by Alexia is not responsible for any uninsured, nontrackable returned packages.
